Welcome

I'm very excited about starting my blog, I have wanted to do this for a very long time and I never had time! I still don't have time, but hey, time to put my passion first.... 

My passion is for the retailer to listen to the customer and want to get things right.  

I suppose I'm a kind of mystery shopper that you can call on to trial your product or service, with open and honest feedback.  In the meantime I am going to continue my search for efficiencies in this manic world, anything that can make my life (and thus potentially yours), easier.... and I can't wait to share these with you.

My 'Home' page is like a typical blog, all my posts, but I tried to make things simpler by labeling my posts to a relevant page, as their topics are quite varied, hope this is helpful
